Attended IKEBANA workshop

Yesterday I attended IKEBANA workshop by Koyo Sharmila Agarwal. It was awesome.

I got a certificate and prepared my first Ikebana.

Main points which I learnt were 

Straight arrangement, Inclined arrangement, Radial arrangement.

First we have to select subject, then object.It is also called heaven and that flower should face towards sky.

Number of flowers and twigs should be odd numbers.

Centre should be left free, less cluttered.

Colour combination is very important. Use flowers of same colours.

Fillers should be small leaves. Small flowers should be used in bunches.
